The chapters covered this week are Daniel 1-6 and we learn about lions and statues and dreams, oh my!  This book falls under both prophetic and historic sections of the Bible.  It links the exile of Judah to the return to Jerusalem in the Book of Ezra.  It begins with the first of the deportations of the Israelites to Babylon and ends with Daniel’s vision of 70 weeks.
